You can choose from two levels of support, tailored to the level of help you need.

Option 1 – Needs analysis and interview process support

Stage 1: Needs analysis (1 day)

Your SSAT recruitment advisor visits your school, meets your chair of governors, governing body and leadership team, uses SSAT leadership competencies to identify the key priorities, and provides your chair of governors with a needs analysis report.

Stage 2: Interview process participation (2 days)

Your SSAT recruitment advisor will join your interview panels across the two days and provide written notes from all stages of the process. They will then work with your governing body to review outcomes and support your final decision.

Cost: £4500 +VAT


Option 2 – Needs analysis, interview process design and participation support

Stage 1: needs analysis (1 day)

Your SSAT recruitment advisor visits your school, meets your chair of governors, governing body and leadership team, uses SSAT leadership competencies to identify the key priorities, and provides your chair of governors with a needs analysis report.

Stage 2: Process design

Based on your needs analysis, your SSAT recruitment advisor will work with your chair of governors to devise a recruitment process that ensures that draws out the capabilities of each applicant according to your school’s needs.

Stage 3: Interview process participation (2 days)

Your SSAT recruitment advisor will join your interview panels across the two days and provide written notes from all stages of the process. They will then work with your governing body to review outcomes and support your final decision.

What happens if you don’t make an appointment?

We can help ensure you receive the support you need for a second round of interviews by building a bespoke package based on the aspects you need support with for the second round. Or you can simply opt to bring your SSAT recruitment advisor back for the next round of interviews without revisiting your needs analysis.
