Across the country, schools implementing TEEP are seeing significant improvements in attainment and closing the gap compared to national averages, through a relentless focus on consistently high quality teaching and learning through the lens of TEEP.
In October 2016, CUREE (Centre for the Use of Research and Evidence in Education) undertook an extensive evaluation of TEEP.
Their findings included:
- TEEP has a beneficial impact on teacher motivation and morale.
- Staff become more focused on the actual learning taking place in the classroom and value the feeling that there is a much stronger sense of community amongst peers.
- Students are aware of the way the TEEP programme has real benefits for their learning and engagement.
