A Dream Team: Creating, Leading and Sustaining a High Performing Leadership Team
Our highly popular Leading Edge conference this year will be virtual and will run over two afternoons.
The theme of the 2020 conference is ‘A dream team: creating, leading and sustaining a high performing team’. It will reflect on the research that has been undertaken by the network into exceptional leadership and share interesting and innovative practice from schools across the network.
There will be an opportunity to hear from:
- Alistair Smith, Presenter, Trainer and Developer in Learning and Education
- Stephen Fraser, Deputy Chief Executive, Education Endowment Fund
- Professor Dame Alison Peacocks DBE DL FRSA, CEO, Chartered College of Teaching.
There will be a live Headteacher panel chaired by Nick Robinson, Headteacher, Trinity Academy, Halifax and Rob Carter, Headteacher, St Paul’s Catholic College.
Participates will also have access to multiple school led workshops, showing the ‘transforming’ leadership work currently happening throughout the network.
The aim of the conference is to bring school leaders together to share ideas and develop networks. This year’s virtual conference provides an opportunity for Headteachers, CEO’s and senior leaders in the network to be part of the conference.
All Leading Edge schools will have access to our virtual conference as part of their membership.
