The presentation will focus on the use of Solution Circles within the school context as a structured way of aiming to help staff to discuss issues as a group and generate possible solutions.
Consideration will be given to the potential benefits of the strategy in supporting pupil and staff well-being. The theory of Solution Circles will be discussed, a case study presented and consideration given to wider application of the strategy.
Led by Kim Bulman from Perseid school who is an Assistant Head and is the behaviour and emotional support lead, she will be joined by Dr Lucy Ball who is an Educational Psychologist.
