It matters what you do, and how you do it.

We have been working with Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) for over a year to support leaders to mobilise best evidence and practice from the updated guidance report, ‘A Schools Guide to Implementation’ (2024). In this conference we will share the learning, with presentations from co-author of the report Jon Eaton, the Research Schools Network and school leaders.

There will also be opportunities to engage with the Implementing Effective Change resources created through this work. Those attending the conference will receive electronic resource packs that can be used with staff to support effective implementation. The resources cover the driving behaviours, contextual factors and implementation process.

Who should attend and why?

This conference is recommended for school leaders at all levels seeking to:

  • Lead sustainable change with greater impact.
  • Engage with the research evidence around successful implementation.
  • Understand and adopt the behaviours that drive effective implementation.
  • Improve the quality of change leadership and attend to the contextual factors that influence implementation.
