SSAT Culture Survey 2025 – Findings report

In Spring 2025 SSAT members participated in our first annual culture survey. Under the themes of Vision, Values and Moral Purpose, Leading People and Operational Management the 20-question survey is designed to get to the heart of how staff feel about their school and their role within it.

Labouring to Love Headship

This July 2024 report is a summary of the findings from a survey of 236 serving and former headteachers who, between them have almost 2,000 years of headship experience. The survey questions drew from 26 reports into headteacher retention published since 2017.
