SSAT’s Early Career Teacher Inspirations are for all teachers in year 1 or 2 of their career. This series of seminars is designed to complement and enhance other induction and support provision available to all the Early Career Teachers in your school.
The Early Career Teacher Inspirations programme begins with a launch event. This one hour online session will provide:
- An opportunity for the SSAT network to welcome to the profession those starting their careers as teachers
- Insights and inspiration from teachers at different stages in their career which will support early career teachers
- An overview of the Early Career Teacher Inspirations programme
- A chance to consider how the Early Career Teacher Inspirations programme can enhance in-school practice and compliment other training and development
