Leading with purpose – vision 2040
A six-month programme for senior leaders working across all school types and phases. There are five online modules, giving school leaders the opportunity to discuss key themes and explore what it means to lead as we enter the next quarter of the century.
The children entering our school system will be school leavers in 2040. What kind of school leadership is needed and what attributes will leaders draw upon?

Why join the programme?
In a rapidly changing world school leaders have the awesome privilege and responsibility of equipping the next generation and building learning communities.
