Resource Hub from mental health charity, Beyond
As our member schools often observe, school holidays can be a challenging time for pupils who are experiencing mental health issues. We are pleased to let you know that the resource hub produced by Beyond, goes live next week.

Now and Beyond on 8th February 2023 is the UK’s only mental health festival for educational settings. Acknowledging the impact of the pandemic and its ripple effects on the mental health of educators, Beyond CEO Louisa Rose created Now and Beyond to improve access to the best and most accessible mental health educational resources on Festival Day suitable for 4-18 year olds, educators, support staff and parents/carers.

It’s free to take part and provides access to:

  1. Online workshops from local mental health experts (booking platform launches 13 December)
  2. Download free lesson plans for ages 4 – 18 in their Resource Hub (launching 9 December)
  3. Celebrity led content featuring conversations with young people (line-up announced 13 December)

Their Resource Hub is packed full of downloadable lesson plans organised in simple, categorised folders so you can find what you need, easily. Lesson plans are suitable for 4-18 year olds across a number of different mental health related themes including kindness, resilience, gratitude, anti-racism, relationships, eating disorders, screentime and more.

Founded by youth mental health charity Beyond and now heading into its third year, Now and Beyond has reached over ONE MILLION young people, parents/ carers and educators.
