We know from talking to SSAT members that continued challenges, change and uncertainty has been intensified by the Covid-19 pandemic. External pressures such as potential Ofsted Inspection, and the additional workload created by, phonics screening, baseline and centre assessment is negatively impacting the wellbeing of teachers, leaders and other staff working in our schools. Many are finding the current situation overwhelming and difficult to cope with.

This webinar creates space to acknowledge the issues while offering practical suggestions that enable us as individuals and teams to proactively prioritise our wellbeing and positive mental health.
