Enhance your skills with our Coaching Programme
Join our engaging 2 x 2.5-hour workshops, designed to empower teachers, leaders, and other staff with enhanced coaching skills and a deeper understanding of effective coaching practices.
This online training builds on SSAT’s Introduction to Coaching programme and on the coaching skills participants will have acquired through initial coaching training and other roles.
Outcomes
The combined workshops and intersessional activities enable participants to:
- Focus on techniques relevant to issues that often arise when coaching.
- Consider how to embed a culture of coaching in your school/organisation.
- Familiarise themselves with one or more new models of coaching.
- Access tools and resources to draw on when coaching.
- Practice and reflect on coaching.
- Consider next steps for coaching.
Who is this for?
This is ideal for participants who aim to frequently use coaching to develop and support individuals and teams, as well as those responsible for aspects of their school’s coaching strategy. It is relevant to teachers, leaders, and non-teaching staff across all phases and levels.
