Getting your first headship is an exciting time, it may also feel a little bit daunting. As the saying goes “You never get a second chance to make a first impression”.

As a new headteacher you will want to hit the ground running and be fully prepared to make the most of your first 100 days in post.

This online workshop provides opportunity to reflect on what you want to achieve and plan effectively for intentional impact, with advice and tips gathered from headteachers across the network.

The programme includes practical resources and is led by SSAT and an experienced headteacher.
