SSAT have been providing professional learning for school staff responsible for enhancing the work and impact of student leaders for decades. Our expertise is rooted in our commitment to sharing evidence-informed approaches and strategies for empowering student leadership.
The primary focus of our professional development for school staff is in helping them to equip students with knowledge, skills and abilities in 18 key areas, shown in the infographic below.

Our professional learning for staff also focuses on the four key ways in which they provide the support that empowers student leadership to flourish in their setting:
- Conception: Strategic intent and key principles
