Terms and conditions

Purchases of SSAT CPD products including courses, training, consultancy services, resources or publications can be cancelled without charge within seven days of submitting a booking form, an order form or signed agreement unless:

The customer has already attended or accessed the course, programme or service.
The start date is within seven days of booking.
The invoice has been paid, which will be deemed to be confirmation of the request or order.

Cancellation requests need to be made in writing by email.

A cancellation administration fee is applicable for the 2nd phase of 2 year programmes. If you withdraw from the programme after the programme has started or are unable to attend any of the events no refund will be payable. Replacement delegates may be nominated at any time prior to the start of the course. If, for any reason, SSAT needs to cancel the programme, delegates will be notified in writing and programme fees, if paid, will be fully refunded.

SSAT members will be charged the members rate, however it is the member’s responsibility to advise the SSAT if they de-affiliate. If membership lapses 14 days or more before the start of the programme the non-members fee will be charged. If membership lapses during the first year of a two-year programme, delegates will be charged the non-member fee for year two.

If a programme or event is postponed/cancelled or a delegate cannot attend due to reasons outside of the SSAT’s control we will not credit or refund travel or hotel expenses incurred by the delegate.
