Preparing to host a remote interview: some practical tips

During this term, we expect there to be lots of interviews happening in schools, and given the restrictions we currently face, the vast majority will be virtual interviews.

Last month, SSAT’s Chief Executive, Sue Williamson, sat on the remote interview panel for a school leader. Watch, in this short video, as she shares her experiences with Angelina Idun, Director at SSAT, and offers some practical tips to interviewers when holding online interviews.
